Our Commitment To You – COVID-19 Update

As we’ve moved into Phase 3 for reopening, it is time to start moving again and PT at Northern Rehab can help you get back to your favorite activities. Since COVID-19 will remain a part of our lives for the foreseeable future, we must adjust and live with this reality while we continue to care for ourselves, each other, and our communities.

Focus on your health

Movement is medicine!  This pandemic may have stopped a lot of things; however, it did not decrease pain, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular ailments. If you stopped or missed your physical therapy treatments, your elective surgery was put on hold, need pre or post-operative care, are deconditioned due to being more sedentary while staying at home, or have current or reoccurring pain, now is the time to focus on rebuilding and improving your health.  Our Northern Rehab team is here to help you navigate during these uncertain times and stay focused on your health!

How we’ve increased our safety measures

We continue to adjust our clinic procedures to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff – it’s always our top priority!  If you haven’t been in one of our clinics lately, your next visit to a Northern Rehab facility will look and feel a little different. You can read about our safety precautions here or take a virtual tour at our DeKalb Lincoln Highway or Genoa facilities.

In-Clinic or virtual appointments

We want you to feel comfortable and safe for your physical therapy treatment. Whether you prefer to see us in person at one of our clinics or prefer a video conference appointment from your home, we’ll work with you accordingly.

We’re here to help you get back to the activities you enjoy!  New patients are being accepted at all of our locations with same or next-day appointments. A doctor’s prescription is not required, which means you can start feeling better today. Please call us at 815.756.8524 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.  We are available to help you improve your health and regain your freedom to move!

Wishing you the very best in health,

Your Northern Rehab Team
