Very professional and courteous team! Chris is the physical therapist whom worked with me to improve my left shoulder/arm. In the beginning I wasn't sure how helpful physical therapy could be, but it has worked wonders on my shoulder/arm and is back to normal again since my injury. Along with exercises at the facility, you would have some to take home as well that you can work on. I had previously gone to another physical therapist and switched to Northern Rehab after coming back to DeKalb for school this semester. Aaron Nevdal is amazing! I have seen him off and on for the last two years for overuse injuries on my shoulder, elbow and knee. First of all: 5 Stars! Over the past 5 or 6 years, I have received expert physical therapy from Rob and his superb staff multiple times; each for different ailment. In my experience, when Northern Rehab fixes a problem, it stays fixed. Not only are the source and symptoms of the ailment successfully treated, Rob and company show and tell you how to avoid it in the future. They've educated me about causes and shown me how to exercise, stretch, and go about my days free of pain. My issues have been with muscles, nerves, and joints. Whenever I have a problem, I head for Northern Rehab Physical Therapy. And their friendly informative atmosphere is better than a barbershop. I'll see you there.

There is no comparison as to my strength/stamina from when I started physical therapy and now (3-4 weeks later). Brandon is excellent in assessing the ability of his patients to complete the appropriate exercises and doesn’t push when the patient feels fatigued. He never forgets the “routine” needed.
