Stability and Strength Class

Balance disorders affect people across all walks of life. For older adults, balance-related falls account for more than one-half of accidental deaths. Patient care costs for falls, which are primarily due to balance disorders, exceed $8 billion per year.

Stability and Strength is an intermediate  level class where participants focus on high level balance activities as well as muscle strengthening, core stability and flexibility. 

Stability and Strength is offered at three different locations:  

Our Main Clinic located at 3266 Resource Parkway in DeKalb meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.

Our Genoa Clinic located at 540 E. Main Street in Genoa meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.

Classes at the Lincoln Highway clinic at 232 West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb meet on Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.

The cost of the Balance Basics class is $50.00 for 10 sessions and you will receive a 10% discount if you and a friend sign up together. This class runs as a 5-week session, and sessions run continuously throughout the year. Participants in our Balance Basics Class can expect to have an interactive, fun workout experience.
