Balance Basics Class

Balance disorders affect people across all walks of life. For older adults, balance-related falls account for more than one-half of accidental deaths. Patient care costs for falls, which are primarily due to balance disorders, exceed $8 billion per year.

Balance Basics is a beginning level class with the main focus on improving balance. All new participants will begin with this class.

Balance Basics is offered at our Main Clinic located at 3266 Resource Parkway in DeKalb on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.

Our next session runs May 14-June 20, 2013

The cost of the Balance Basics class is $50.00 for 10 sessions and you will receive a 10% discount if you and a friend sign up together. This class runs as a 5-week session, and sessions run continuously throughout the year. Participants in our Balance Basics Class can expect to have an interactive, fun workout experience. To sign up or for more information contact us.
