Education: Mark graduated from Western Illinois University in 2005 with a degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Athletic Training. He served as a graduate assistant at Western Illinois University until 2007 when he received his Masters degree in Community Health Education. He is in his 10th year with Northern Rehab, and also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer at Rochelle Township High School. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and Illinois Athletic Trainers Association.

Socially: Mark lives in Rockford with his wife, daughter, and dog, Gracie. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, watching sports, and teaching Gracie tricks.

What type of treatment will
I receive?

Treatment is based on the initial examination findings along with ongoing reassessment and evaluation. Treatment may consist of a variety of hands-on joint and soft tissue treatment techniques, gentle exercise techniques, pain reducing modalities, and education in self-management skills.
